I used Diamond Home Services for a bathroom remodel and it went so smooth. The crew was fast and efficient. They did an amazing job and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined.

They're a good company, I would highly recommend them, they've done a great job, the people there were friendly and nice, the cost was not high and I had them to come out years later.

I call them to report what has happen got a call back saying they would charge me 90 to 150.00 to put it back up.

They did an excellent job and I get a lot of compliments on my railing. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them.

It went very well. Completed the job in one day. My roof looks great, my windows caping looks great too. Over all I’m very happy with the work.

The contractors arrive daily on time and as the work progressed discussed all/or any changes that were needed to complete the job to my satisfaction. They started and finish the work within the time frame that we agreed to. I greatly appreciated the contractors who did my bathroom remodel and would not hesitate to work with them again They were great.

Pricing was fair and they moved quickly.

I have used Diamond Home Services and their related companies many times over the years. They tore up an old kitchen floor, replaced with new underlayment and ceramic tile. New quartz counter and fixed a few other things (windowsill backsplash and replaced the sink). Ralph and the rest of the crew were prompt and professional. Craig Diamond himself wrote the job up and they gave us a terrific deal. We are extremely happy with the work and will call them for more sometime in the future.

All in all we are very pleased with Diamond Home Services. They were by far the best price of all the quotes we received and more importantly, the most detailed so we there were no surprises.  I didn't like how some of the other companies only included 1 sheet of plywood in the estimate; Diamond's quote was all inclusive. I know had I not needed a lot of plywood I could have ended up paying more, but given the age of the roof I felt I would need many sheets, and I did. It was great not having to worry about the final price being 5-10% more than what was quoted like I would have with the other companies. 
My only criticism is that the crew boss was not around very much and I had to keep an eye on things and do my own quality control.

They gutted it and started from scratch. The final result was okay, but there were some issues throughout the process. The biggest disappointment was in the downstairs bathroom they put in a tile but they must have used the wrong type adhesive so you were able to see it though the tile. They came back to replaced that tile for us. The second time around it looked good. We like the results but they were not the easiest to work with. The plumbing and electrical they did I am not positive it was done in the best way possible, but everything works and looks beautiful.

They did terrific job, and I would highly recommend!

Diamond came and did an estimate about a month before, and we signed a contract for a lower price. Then the actual person who would be doing the building came and inspected the site, and after that Diamond told us that the price would have to be revised upward, so we signed a new contract with them for a higher price.  At first we were not happy about this, BUT we do think that they were correct that it was going to be more work, and more that had to be replaced, than had been originally thought.  Now that the work is done we can also see that it was correct to do an entire roof replacement and not to try to save any of the old roof structure. We had choices about the style of the roof to replace the old one, all for the same price, and we are very happy about that because we changed the style from the existing roof and our new style of roof lets in more light, and is also better looking than the old roof, and Diamond was easily able to fit the new roof design onto our existing struture.  Diamond demolished the old roof and put up the new one in one day.  The next day it was flashed and shingled.  The following day the electrical junction box for the ceiling light was installed. The workmen were all very polite and seemed very efficient about what they were doing.
The construction appears to be of pretty good quality and is pretty much what we asked for.  I gave them a "B" for quality because of a few things -- a nail split the wood on the edge of one of the horizontal support boards and it was very visible, so we had to repair it before painting. I didn't expect that the plywood for the roof would be composite material. Also, the shingles chosen were supposed to match our current roof shingles and they don't match, although they are in the same general family (dark blue/green gray), and fortunately the top of the roof is actually not very visible.  We were also not consulted about the color of the flashing where the roof meets the side of the house, and since the flashing that was installed is bright white against the dark red brick of our house, we are going to have to paint it. But in terms of the construction, it does it look very solidly built and like it's going to withstand the forces of nature, so I feel that it is very satisfactory. I think we did get a very reasonable outcome for the money that we were willing to spend, and it is a huge improvement over what was there. We are very happy that we were able to change the style because the new roof gives a whole different feel to our screen-in porch, which we spend a lot of time in.

We were contacted by Diamond via a cold call, which was good for both of us as we were in the market for new windows and had already received 2 quotes.  The salesman came out and measured and after some negotiating we came to a very reasonable price.  I checked Angies List to ensure it was a reputable company and everything looked good so I agreed to proceed.
The two installers came when they said they would and were done in about 5 hours.  The windows look great and they did not disturb any of the existing trim work.
The thing my wife and I were most impressed with was there was no mess left to cleanup when they were done.  Typically when we have had contractors for various projects there is at least some cleanup we have to do, or minor details we needed to finish ourselves.  When Diamond was done that was it, nothing for us to do which was really refreshing.
The windows have been performing great and have really made a difference in our comfort level in our older house.

Overall the job went very smooth from start to finish. I expected to be out of my bathroom for a much longer time then we were, but everything was done in a week. Not only did they show up everyday on time but they cleaned up and hauled away all the old fixtures and garbage.

I'm very happy with Diamond Home Service.  They were very quick to measure and give me pricing to replace my old windows.  I had three other companies come out, but they were the best value without sacrificing the quality.  The installers were very friendly and clean. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.  

The installers did an excellent job installing the replacement windows and cleaned up very well.  I would definitely recommend Diamond to my friends and family.  They also explained that they do bathroom renovation and I am planning on having them do this work in the spring.

The salesman who came over was friendly and showed me different options for windows.  I also needed the balcony floors sealed.  Two workers came out and worked the floor and then put a sealer on it.  They were very efficient and very polite.  The window guys worked fast and I was amazed.  They cleaned up very efficiently - no mess.  I feel I got a good deal and a good price for quality work.  They've called me since January to see if needed any other services.

The overall experience with Diamond Home Service was a good one and I would definetly call them again if I needed anymore work done. My windows have made the front of my house look so much nicer. I am very pleased.

Diamond homes had replaced my roof and so I asked them to do some work in my basements and the garage. They didn't complete the work and didn't keep their word on the job. They are still calling asking me if I need any new work done, as if they do not have their paperwork done knowing that they have already done work for me that hasn't been completed. I think that a company should be more professional and should not give out falsified statements saying they will complete a job and then not do so after receiving payment for the job..

Great! They arrived early and promptly each day and even worked a half day on Saturday. Personnel were very professional and polite, always available for advice which we often needed. Clean-up and removal was thorough and complete each day and by the end of one week our new bathroom was finished to our imense approval. Fit and finish of all work done was remarkably precise. These people cared about the quality of their work and it shows! We loved the results and plan to have them do additional projects in the near future.
