Miguel came and gave an estimate of details of the painting of the trim and the walls and explained to me the overall cost. He suggested the paint and picked the type of paint after our consultation. I was perfectly instructed about what he did. He was on time and worked constantly partly with co-workers and partly alone. He was done in the expected time. He was very flexible to help me out with additional problems and minor renovations that needed to be taken care of additionally. He left the place clean as was expected. Great to work with and very reliable. Would certainly hire him again at any time.

I have no complaints about the quality of the work that was completed or the workers. The problem is that the ceiling painting has not been completed. A small design was painted in one corner of the upstairs which was not acceptable to me. It is still there and I'll have to find someone to paint over it and complete the project. Attempts to have Miguel finish the project have been unsuccessful. At first he would set up appointments but then never show. Then my calls would not be returned.
