I am very easy to work with, but the job was delayed again and again before it was started. Finally, Park ended up subcontracting the work to two different companies/masons. The quality was terrible. Many, Many spots were not completed when Park asked for final payment (a whole garage wall for example)and I had to have him return again and again to finish the job. The bad bricks in Parapet wall were supposed to be replaced, however, many crumbling bricks were left in the wall subsequently leaving a less structurally sound wall that need to be completely replaced several years later. I later noticed that one of the companies had that had used my ladder never returned it. Would not use again.
