These guys brought drop clothes, plastic and a vacuum to control the dry dust. They even had their own garbage bags & cans.
I was shocked to see how clean their work actually is. No more rats nest of wiring. All of the wires were neat and even labeled.
It is hard to express what easy to use means, but I knew it was easy when my 65 year old mother came over and had no problem turning on the news. Several of my friends have similar home theater systems and that have been put in by other companies and they struggle to even use them since there are 5 different remotes.
These guys really went above and beyond. Helped us out with some wireless computer issues that wasn't in the proposal without charging us extra. They always call back to answer questions, and this is after the job is done an paid for. Worth every dollar spent.
