Thrilled and quite pleased with the installation of our new roof. We received stellar service from beginning to project finish. Yet, what stands out most is the fact that the other bids we received, those contractors made it clear that my front yard and garden would be destroyed because they “needed” to throw the roof debris down into the front yard. Elvis and his crew came in and did just the opposite. They were able to use the backyard for all debris and upon completion, not even a single flower was destroyed! Everything they moved was returned to its original place. The quality work, the meticulousness, the attention to detail…is all so noticeable! We are grateful to Dardon Construction and very pleased with their services. If you are looking for trustworthiness combined with quality work, dependability, attention to details and reasonable prices, then Dardon Construction is the company to use. I will definitely use them again.

The new roof installation looks amazing! David Paz (Estimator & Technician) was great from beginning to end. The communication and transparency from initial meeting in determining the scope of the project with estimates, and working with us to come to a final agreement went smoothly and professionally. David’s warm, professional, and honest manner gave us confidence that the project would be a success. We would Definitely work with him again on our future home projects.

David was professional, provided follow-up, matched pricing, and was very patient with schedule changes and meeting deadlines. HUGE PLUS: David and other team members were exceptionally neat and I had to do no cleanup after all services were rendered. Work performed included the following. 1. Reconfiguration of hot water tank chimney vent, and other piping 2. Leaking pipe repair 3. Layover on house and garage roof 4. Tear off of awning covering and repair 5. Chimney tuck pointing I would definitely recommend Dardon Construction and use them in the future.

This job was on behalf of my condo assn. A fiend in Wicker Park referred me to Dardon.  The original builder cut corners and over time a balcony roof started to leak.  Elvis and his crew were professional, did excellent work and were 50% less than the other bid.  I was kept apprised throughout the job by email and camera phone photos and understood the details of the work.

Pardon Construction was referred to me by a fiend and I'd be happy to refer them to any of my friends for future work. 

Dardon's work exceeded our expectations.  They arrived on time and left the backyard much cleaner than they found it.

The actual work was delayed a few months because of a car accident that the contractor was in. But we communicated regularly until the job was completed.
I am very satisfied with the finished product and would definitely use Dardon Construction again.

I hired Dardon construction Inc to help with my remodeling. I purchased a gut rehab and they took care of all the remodeling. I was very pleased with their work. The GC was very friendly and easy to work with. The house is completely different from when I purchased it. Bathroom, stairs, kitchen and even moved my entry door. I will definitely call them again for future projects.
