Danny Inspections

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Mr. Morgan of Danny Inspections.  He was very professional and prompt from the first phone call to the presentation of our report.  He answered all calls and voicemails right away, he explained the process of our inspection very thoroughly leaving no surprises the day of the actual inspection.  Mr. Morgan arrived at the scheduled time and after brief and friendly introductions, began the job at hand.  It is obvious that Mr. Morgan is very knowledgeable in his craft and a top in the profession.  We recieved our report a day sooner than expected and it exceeded our expectations. The report was clear, thorough and easy to understand even for a lay person such as myself. 
I would have to say that "exceeded our expectations" pretty much describes our entire experience with Danny Inspections. He put both my family, the buyer and the seller at ease and made what could've been an uncomfortable situation, with both parties present, very easy and light.  I feel very confident that I have a clear working knowledge of what my new home needs and how to accomplish that work.
I would hands down recommend Dan Morgan of Danny Inspections for anyone that needs a home inspector.
