 + 0 moreAlthough Dave was on vacation, he returned my call that afternoon. After listening to my description of my fan's issue and asking questions, he gave me clear, troubleshooting instructions to follow. Upon following his instructions, my fan worked saving me a repair visit/charge!

 + -1 moreFantastic. Dave and his son know their stuff. Very professional, responsive. Outstanding job in 2 very old buildings, which everyone knows never allows a straightforward repair job to happen without running into problems. Dave has seen it and done it all and was a pleasure to deal with. Good old fashioned customer service is a rarity, but he provides it.
Description of Work: Removed our casablanca ceiling fan, installed a new motor, as it was making an annoying racket (after 25 years!) put up an alternate fan in its place which was wired to the outlet, moved our fave casablanca to fan to another building after removing the existing fixture there, rewired all fans into the light switches in the 2 rooms.
