Property Management
I did not have to re-write the lease a lot. He had a very fair lease that allowed you to have different options if any unforeseen problems came along. His response time to problems is very fast. Sometimes he would have a problem getting a specific repairman to your place in time, he would be trying everyday, and he would inform you as to what is going on. For a landlord, you would see him around his property a lot. He actually cleans up his property himself. His attentiveness and availability is really high. He is very considerate of his tenants. He is very conscientious as an owner and renter. He also gave me a recommendation when we were buying a house. He is a great landlord, but his people are less than stellar.
