Dan answered his phone personally on Labor Day. He asked me to text him a photo of the lock my husband was having a hard time installing on our 100+ year old Chicago apartment building. He met my husband the next day, and was on time. He promptly installed the lock properly. He was very friendly and professional. Would definitely use him again!

They showed up as scheduled and asked me what kind of service I wanted. I choose the service that suited me and they began working from their truck. After 10 minutes, they returned to my home and began changing my locks. It took approximately 25 minutes tops. I am very pleased.

They reset the pins on the lock. They told me that my problem was not the lock, but the pins were not aligned properly due to usual wear. I really appreciated their honesty. They could have installed a new lock and charged me for something that I didn't need.
