I was mainly dealing with Melissa Maier and she was excellent.  She was responsive and very professional.  Melissa constantly checked in to make sure the work was going well and that I was satisfied, even when she was on vacation!
The installer was several hours late for the install (due to traffic?) and Melissa was extremely apologetic.  During the install, the manager of the installation was great, but his two workers did not seem to be as knowledgable or skilled as he.  The slab of granite that went around my sink cracked when they tried putting it in.  The manager was apologetic and fixed the crack, but it is still somewhat visible.
My only complaints are that I did not receive information on how to care for the particular granite that was installed and that the installer had to come back a second time to finish a couple tasks he forgot to on the first visit.
On a plus side, Melissa was great to work with and really advocated for me as her client.  She made the process easy and enjoyable and was very honest throughout the entire project.  Melissa also negotiated a small discount for me after the project was complete because of the delay of the install and the crack in the granite.
Overall, I am satisfied with my experience and would work with Melissa and Cutting Edge Flooring again!

They did a great job, but the price was steep and they didn't clean up very well.

Cutting Edge was recommended to me by the Designer at a paint company with whom I have been consulting on the remodel of my condo.  My initial meeting with Travares got off to a rough start due to some miscommunication on flooring samples for our meeting and directions to my home.  However, we moved forward and it was smooth sailing asTraveres proved to be very professional and responsive throughout the process.  His quote for engineered hardwood flooring was the most competitive that I received and the project came in on budget.  Traveres's follow-up was excellent as he  proactively provided regular progress reports on the delivery of the materials leading up to the installation.  
The installation crew finished my job within 2 days as promised and they cleaned up after themselves.  The work was completed without any damage to our building or to the condo unit itself. 
I would highly recommend Cutting Edge Flooring and will be using this company for a future carpeting installation.  I am very pleased with the results.  My floors are beautiful and the look has transformed my condo as I knew that it would.
