I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER HIRING THIS INDIVIDUAL FOR ANY TYPE OF HOME THEATRE INSTALLATION. WHEN PROBLEMS DEVELOPED WITH THE TV AND THE EQUIPMENT, HE NEVER RESPONDED TO PHONE MY TELEPHONE CALLS. HE FINALLY LEFT ME A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE TELLING ME IT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM.

HE WAS NOT RELIABLE IN THE START AND COMPLETION OF SERVICES; HE MISLED US ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AS TO WHEN TASKS WOULD GET DONE; UNABLE TO FULFILL PROMISES AS TO CERTAIN ASSIGNMENTS. HE RECOMMENDED EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT AND WOULD LATER QUESTION WHY.
