I lost money and had to do the work myself.
Description of Work
Nothing! I bought a voucher through Dealfind from them. It specifically stated that the value of the voucher never expired!! However, this company did not honor that. I left multiple messages and they never got back to me. When someone finally answered the phone, and I explained the situation, and they said they would look into it and get back to me. That never happened.

I did have a little difficulty getting someone to call me back, which is why they get a B for responsiveness. Once I connected, however, everything was great. The woman who did the scheduling was very knowledgeable about the various paints I should use, colors, prep of surface, etc. The painter arrived promptly, with the correct paint and supplies and got right to work. I wasn't really expecting extra prep work, but he wasn't satisfied with the surface and did some additional prep. He was meticulous with his painting, was very neat and cleaned-up everything. Excellent work.
Description of Work
I actually don't remember what I paid as it was through a special deal, but I was impressed with the work. They painted 2 entry doors and the surrounding trim with oil-based paint that they got for me at their cost.

The painter arrived as scheduled. The owner or person in charge arrived a little late with the necessary tools and paint. The trimming, ceiling and baseboards were taped, floor was covered, walls painted, and the necessary clean up was done very timely. The painter was professional, efficient, courteous and thorough. the wrapped paint rollers , and unused paint was left for me.This was a great deal/experience using dealfind vouchers. I am completely satisfied with the job performance.
Description of Work
I had 2 Dealfind vouchers for painting 2 rooms. Initially, I was unable to secure the company for my requested date. However, there was a cancellation and I was offered an earlier date which was convenient for me. The paint was included in the price. I provided the brand and color code for the paint. Two rooms were painted, walls only, excluding baseboards, ceiling and trimming. There was no additional cost for my textured walls. The downside is that the company required that all furniture be moved away from the walls to be painted.

The map looks very good from a distance, but if you get close to it there are quite a few air bubbles. This was their second time here. The first was to pain the kitchen. On that job, we got a great price of $600 which included the cost of the paint. The map hanging was their second engagement. We had to fight with them about the credit. I might use them again but I was kind of soured by the second experience.
Description of Work
The second, and most recent job was to hang a 3-piece wall map on a kitchen wall. Each panel of the map measured approximately 8 ft tall x 4 ft wide. They sent two people, but one of them seemed to be a trainee. Nevertheless, I will billed for both. The woman on the team (Cecilia) was very professional and capable, so I don't know why they sent the second person. Hanging the map took about 2 hours, but I was charged $350 and later issued a $100 credit for future work.

We met with four painters total, all from Angie's list. Custom Colours pricing was competitive, even lower than two of the vendors. We found Cecilia and the crew exceptionally professional, timely and detail oriented. We felt completely comfortable opening our home to them. Cecilia took care of all misc. punch list items immediately, and Edward was flexible with our schedule. We would definitely hire them again. Great experience.

For our 1200+ sqft condo, they completed the following: Prep. and Paint all walls. Prep. and paint all baseboard. Prep. and paint front and back doors only. Prep. and paint door frames and windows and trim. Prep. refers to light plaster, sanding, caulking and spot priming
