I lost money and had to do the work myself.

I did have a little difficulty getting someone to call me back, which is why they get a B for responsiveness. Once I connected, however, everything was great. The woman who did the scheduling was very knowledgeable about the various paints I should use, colors, prep of surface, etc. The painter arrived promptly, with the correct paint and supplies and got right to work. I wasn't really expecting extra prep work, but he wasn't satisfied with the surface and did some additional prep. He was meticulous with his painting, was very neat and cleaned-up everything. Excellent work.

The painter arrived as scheduled. The owner or person in charge arrived a little late with the necessary tools and paint. The trimming, ceiling and baseboards were taped, floor was covered, walls painted, and the necessary clean up was done very timely. The painter was professional, efficient, courteous and thorough. the wrapped paint rollers , and unused paint was left for me.This was a great deal/experience using dealfind vouchers. I am completely satisfied with the job performance.

The map looks very good from a distance, but if you get close to it there are quite a few air bubbles. This was their second time here. The first was to pain the kitchen. On that job, we got a great price of $600 which included the cost of the paint. The map hanging was their second engagement. We had to fight with them about the credit. I might use them again but I was kind of soured by the second experience.

We met with four painters total, all from Angie's list. Custom Colours pricing was competitive, even lower than two of the vendors. We found Cecilia and the crew exceptionally professional, timely and detail oriented. We felt completely comfortable opening our home to them. Cecilia took care of all misc. punch list items immediately, and Edward was flexible with our schedule. We would definitely hire them again. Great experience.
