They were the only ones able to make the keys that I needed. I have also had them come out to the house and change some locks. I like them, they do good work and give good service. They fixed the hinge on my front door and changed the lock on a rental property. He came out quickly.

The locksmith was very personable and professional however he left the plate off of the lock and actually threw it away and I didn't notice it until he left . When I called him about it rather than coming back out, he told me over the phone how to fix it, this is what I paid him to do. In addition to this very day the border of the door knob shifts and this did not occur prior to his service call.

I last used Curtis Key and Lock last April 29th. I got this company from Angie's List. They were professional, very punctual and they did what thy said they would do. I was pleased with their service. They did an excellent service.

Both of my experiences with Curtis Key and Lock were very good.

He was really good. This was less costly for me to do in this way vs. changing the entire lock. He was pleasant, communicative, and very neat. He took everything away and cleaned up the work area.

company had car problems so couldnt be on time. Eventually got the car fixed to make it but was an hour and a half late. The price was good and they were professional once they arrived

We recently purchased a new building and hired Curtis Key and Lock to rekey all of the locks. The locksmith that came was very professional, I explained that how I wanted the locks keyed and he let me know that he would not be able to complete all the locks in the half day that was left but he would return the next day to complete. He worked diligently around the other workers in the building and completed the tasks timely.

It took them twenty or thirty minutes to complete the job. I was satisfied with the price. They came out when they said they would and got to work.
