Harvey was great. He kept trying to get exactly what I wanted. Very professional and accommodating. The floor was shinier than I wanted but I don't think he could have done better. He kept trying to reduce the amount of shine per my request. Any more reduction would have been honed, which I didn't want.

Just had my first experience with CSI and will definitely use them again in the future. I had them strip, clean, and seal slate floors in our kitchen and ceramic tile and grout in our bathroom. The tile and grout were both very dirty. First, I really liked their website and how they introduce you to all their employees. A company that spends the time showing off their employees definitely cares about them. The estimate guy, Earl, was very nice. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. I do wish he would have explained my options for sealants more, as I knew nothing about this. I received the estimate a few days later and was actually able to schedule the work the next week. When the technicians showed up I saw that they held true to what the website showed -- they really were friendly and passionate about the work they were doing. They spent time talking to me and showing me the options. They even did a few example test areas on my floor so I could see what it looked like. I learned so much from talking to them that I decided to use a different type of sealant. The job ended up looking better than I expected. Plus, they finished 4 hours earlier than expected. The office promptly gave me a credit for the difference in labor and supplies. I would definitely use them again. My only advice would be to make sure you do a little research ahead of time if you are getting your floors sealed like I was. These guys know what they are talking about and you will definitely be able to get exactly what you want done at a good price. Also, I was really impressed too with how clean they were. They noticed there was some dirt left on the floor and they cleaned it up right away without me having to even ask. They were super polite too. Great job and great company to work with!

Everyone at CSI was very professional. Ceasar, the man that came out to look at the counters was able to answer all my questions about sealing. We were able to set up an appointment for the next week. The man that came out to seal was very professional and treated our kitchen like it was his own. Kept everything clean and made sure the cabinets were covered to protect from the sealer. Our kitchen looks beautiful. I will be calling them for a couple bathroom projects in the future.

It went very well. I had an estimate done about 6 weeks prior to when the work needed to be completed. The estimate seemed fair for what I needed to be done. I was able to schedule the work to coincide with the final piece of remodeling I was doing on the condo. They showed up on time and were extremely professional and courteous. The product was amazing, it looked new and this is after I had renters in the unit for 5+ years. One bathroom had all kinds of mold and mildew and it looked so good when they were done, no trace of the nastiness. Although it may have seemed expensive at over $2K, it was a far more reasonable option than having to gut rehab two bathrooms.

They were very good to work with from the initial contact through to finishing the job. Teri was very responsive and timely in providing an estimate and scheduling an appointment. The staff arrived on time and completed the job i a timely and professional manner. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

I was very happy with the job that CSI did.  The bathroom tile grouting had been mangled by whoever did the job prior to our purchasing the house which made cleaning the shower and bathroom extremely difficult.  Re-grouting had been done, but residue had been left on the already textured tile.  Areas all over the shower stall, particularly on the ceiling and floor were stained and rough, and due to the grout residue it was impossible to really clean these areas.  Debris was always gathering in these spots and the tile always looked dirty and stained due to the grout.  André from CSI came and worked SO hard and made a huge difference.  There were only two small areas in the shower where he just couldn't remove the grout residue and clean out the tile, but we went through everything and I am fully satisfied.  I can't believe how the floor is now SMOOTH and I can easily gather up the usual bathroom dust and hair and clean it up! Shower looks like a new area.  I WISH I had taken before/after pics, but CSI did and can always share those upon request.

The company sent a reminder via e-mail to let me know that they had scheduled my appointment, and on the day of, my tech Andre called to let me know he was on his way about a half an hour before he was set to arrive. When he got to my condo, he encountered some unexpected issues with the logistics of the position of my condo, but was thoroughly polite and professional, telling me that he would figure it out. When he finished, he gave me a call letting me know he'd completed the job, the time frame for when the carpets would be dry, that he'd cracked the windows, and had locked the door (per my request). I came back the next afternoon, and saw a noticeable difference in my carpets. He'd gotten out the stains that had been left by the previous owner and the carpets looked almost brand new! I'm extremely pleased with Andre's candor, professionalism, and the job performed. Would absolutely hire again.
