It went really well. There was one piece of wood that they kind of demolished and I had to make sure they put in a new piece of wood instead of that one.

It went well considering, Crystal installed the windows in our condo building before I moved here, and I know people weren't happy with it, windows were very hard to open. That being said, the service call has it's good and bad, the person you talk to to set up the visit is hard to understand, very heavy Chinese accent. I honestly didn't know for sure how much it was going to cost me, I thought it was $35 and hour with a 2 hour minimum. I figured I could make sure when the service guy came. I got a call the day before which I thought said he was going to be here at 11 instead of 1, but he showed up right at 1pm so I guess the call was just confirming the visit. So the service guy basically spoke no English at all but did a pretty good job and very quickly. the whole service all for all 4 windows was only $35, and he came from about 12 miles away so a pretty good deal, I paid that much to have a disk pad fixed on my bike at a store 4 blocks away. And from what I understood I think they only take cash but not 100%
