CRYSTAL FLOWER SHOP INC

Met with owner Carol at the LaGrange location for consultation for wedding flowers. At that time she only had pictures of the flowers I was interested in. I offered to buy an arrangement of flowers so I could get an idea of how they all looked together. Since the LaGrange shop is only open by appointment, I made an appointment for noon on Monday to pick up my arrangement. I got to the shop and the woman did not know anything about me. She must have made a phone call and told me they left me a message (no messages at home or on cell phone) they did not receive the orchids yet. I made an appointment the next day. I received a phone call 2 hours prior to the appointment telling me "we put copper flowers instead of the brown because we could not get the brown". I replied "if you can't get them now, how will you get them for my wedding day?" The answer was "we just gave you copper". So, after 3 trips, $50, and some frustration, I have a bouquet of flowers that 1. are the wrong color and 2. the roses are almost dead. Needless to say, we will not be using them for our wedding.

The delivery man was verbally abusive and horribly rude. When the shop was contacted, they were only mildly concerned. One should never be treated rudely, especially in a time of grief. Also, some of the roses were dried at the ends and looked old.
