Andrew keyed in very quickly to what we were looking for and did not try to talk us into spending more money than we wanted to. He worked very hard and got us quick responses from landlords as well as driving all over the city with us to find the right space that fit our needs. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the market. He was also very patient with us, as we had never done this before and had a lot to learn! I would definitely use him again the future and also would recommend him to anyone looking for commercial real estate!

The people at Crown Heights Realty Company are very professional. They take responsibility on what comes unexpected. They were able to answer any questions that I had. They were very responsive. I recommend them and would use them in the future.

Everything went great. My first time in their office I was given coffee and cookies. They paid for a cab because the weather was bad and had we looked at several condos in the evening around 7:00 pm. Everything was hassle free, they were not pushy whatsoever and allowed me to find the perfect place.
