Luis did an AMAZING job with my move!! Him and his crew wrapped all of my items, moved and stored them safely, and explained every single charge along the way (ensuring that there was full transparency prior to me agreeing to certain services that were an additional cost). 100/10 recommend using this company! I cannot stress enough how easy they made my move.

These men were wonderful. Very professional, easy to talk to and understanding. Would highly recommend them.

Tony, Alan, Roberto and Jimmy did a fantastic job moving several pieces of large furniture from 2 rooms, down stairs to another part of our home. We did this because we needed to work on hardwood floors and paint those rooms. The crew came out on two occasions, and both times they very careful, fast and did a great job. We could not have completed this job without the professionals at Crescent Movers. This is the second time we've worked with them in 4 years, and we would definitely recommend their services

The estimator, Alex, was so professional and detailed that i had every confidence in the move. The crew of 5 guys was so hard working and very nice, but I told them they would have to pack 50% of the house and they didn't show up with supplies. I left out delicate things for them to pack and they were packed very poorly. They did crack one of our tv's and I've submitted a claim to get reimbursed but nothing else broke. I think we got lucky but I did tell them to make sure their crew brings the appropriate supplies for future clients.

Arrived late. Tried several times to correct info on invoice before the move. Each time, I got a different response. Dealing with the office was frustrating. Committed to a certain date when discussing the move and the emailed contract chose a different date. I have done moves before without a hitch. This was the twilight zone. I honestly have never dealt with anything like this. But the piano did arrive in one piece. When we make our move in several months, it will definitely be with a different moving company.

It went perfectly. From the initial quote and follow up to so that they understood the scope of the move, to the movers showing up exactly on time both to load and deliver, it could not have gone better. Initially, we had several email and telephone exchanges to describe the move, how many rooms we had, how much stuff we had to develop a firm proposal. They followed up several times prior to our move day, and provided updates during the day reporting when they would arrive at each location. The movers took great care with our condo we were moving from and at our home on delivery. They carefully wrapped and packed our possessions, and there was absolutely no damage to anything. The price was exactly as quoted. Crescent is a great moving company and you should hire them with confidence.

Went very smoothly. Movers were efficient, professional, and friendly. Arrived on time. Nothing was damaged or broken. I had several paintings and other pictures specially packed by Crescent and they also arrived damage free.

These guys are fantastic! No nonsense, no wasted time, straight to work. The four guys in the crew assigned to my move were Johnny (the foreman), Juan, Carlos and George. These guys are such a good team they are in constant sync. They need minimal communication and they seem to know what the other one's are thinking. I didn't see any of them stand idle for any one moment. They were so quick and efficient they actually knocked 1 & 1/2 hours off of my estimate time, saving me money. If I owned a moving company, I would look for a way to hire these guys away from Crescent Movers-- Yes, they're that good. Moving is very stressful and can lead to frustration. I admit, I was a bit harsh with the team when they first arrived (due to a bit of miscommunication, none of which was their fault). I'm very grateful that they remained professional the whole time and did not hold my frustration against me. Thanks guys for your hard work and your careful handling of my belongings.

The movers were professional, prompt and easy to work with. Very responsive from the beginning and good to the end. They were careful with the furniture and accommodating. Communication was easy and responsible and they were helpful and kind. We would hire them again!

The 4 movers were excellent, cheerful despite being told to take some items all the way to 3rd level and then back down, strong and fast: thanks Walter, Jhonny, Mario, and Gerardo.

The team at Crescent Movers who came to assist us were extremely professional and efficient. I was amazed by how quickly they were able to package everything up and get it loaded onto the truck. It made the moving process less stressful.

They were organized, fast and very efficient.

They did a tremendous job and I am very satisfied. They did a great job of wrapping the things that needed extra protection, they were on time, and stayed focus.

Everything was moved and the guys were nice, but they caused a leak somehow with my flex plumbing and helped try to fix it saying they just happened to notice it start leaking. There were also a lot of nicks in my walls headed to the basement and they left large piles of tape balls in the front yard.

The move went very smoothly. Johnny and Kieth were as nice as could be and made the move a breeze. They arrived on time and packed up our house quickly while taking proper care of our belongings. We couldn't have been happier with the service and professionalism at Crescent. We will definitely be using this company for our next move!

They were on time, professional and very fast in moving what we asked them to move. They get extra credit for ably moving around our children. Outside of a couple small communication issues before they arrived, it went quite well.

The whole process went great from Booking, rescheduling (my request), to the move. So far no broken materials, minimal scuff marks on the wall (expected), and everything was accounted for. Tony's crew was quick and pretty much machines, we told where to place the boxes and furniture and they obliged. *quick tip for others* - have plenty of water and Gatorade available Thanks again!

The move went incredibly smoothly. Walter, Jimmy, and Jhonathan were great! They arrived in Chicago promptly at 9am and loaded our belongings quickly but carefully. They arrived two days later (by my choice) and unloaded just as carefully. When choosing a service for this move speed to destination was very important. Many of the large, national moving companies could, at best, offer 6th day delivery. Crescent actually offered next day, but I chose to add another day to allow us to actually arrive in our new home on time! The price was marginally higher than the national van lines but well worth it to start settling in a week sooner. I would definitely contract Crescent again in the future.

Excellent! The details of my closing change more than once and Cresent was more than willing to accommodate the start time as well as comp me on the overnight holding charge. These guys were awesome to work with

Johnny and Luis did a phenomenal job plain and simple. From Maggie calling the day before to confirm and again on the morning of the move to Johnny and Luis clearly and concisely going over the stages of the day and move, I couldn't help but feel we were in the right hands! Moving your mother from a home to an assisted living facility is never an easy thing. It is both a stressful and chaotic time and you are always asking yourself, "Is this the right decision for my Mom?"From beginning to end Johnny and Luis were polite as they were professional. Here are the adjectives that come to mind when describing Crescent Movers: - Conscientious - Organized - Timely - Transparent (Scheduling and Cost) - Cohesive Chicago has a new dynamic duo in moving and I couldn't be happier that we were in the capable hands of Johnny and Luis!

It went very well for the first two hours, then progress got slower and slower as the time went on. Seemed like they wanted to milk every bit of that last hour and a half for what they could. I would say the last hour was very slow moving with one of the three guys missing for at least half an hour.

It went well, a few snafus with setting up furniture in my new place, but overall, they were good.
