I cannot recommend them enough and have used them before as well. They showed up when they said they would and they had great subs. The cleanup was great and the scheduling was just fine.

I found them through a friend and we built several things with them. They did a good job. They did a very nice job. Each piece was between $2,500 to $4,500. It was good design work. It was well executed and timely. Pricing was quite fair. I would highly recommend them and I would absolutely use them again.

The experience started out positively. We found Eric and his company through and article on electronichome.com. Eric is a nice guy with a wry sense of humor and we loved his ideas, past projects, and design for our console. He was very thoughtful with our ideas and wasn't shy about telling us which he thought wouldn't work as well as we thought. The issues began with installation. We did have some unexpected issues that were no fault of the installer, including the main electric line having to be moved from behind the existing fireplace boxout and our discovery of the next door unit's fireplace jutting into our unit thereby causing us to alter the original design. The problems were with the time estimates and the unexpected absences of our installer. As with the movie, The Money Pit, the original time estimate of 2 weeks morphed into more like 8 weeks. There were long stretches of consecutive days the installer unexpectedly didn't show up...a real pain when your mainliving space is a construction zone and you have to cat proof the place before leaving for work every morning. In the end, we loved the finished product, however. We just wish they weren't so flaky. We ended up referring some friends and they showed up for an initial design and estimate session and then never returned their calls for a follow-up. Not sure if we trust referring them on again. In the end, annoying to deal with, but a beautiful result. Hopefully, our experience was just an aberration.

My old kitchen was out in three days, fast. The new kitchen was in within a week. The only snafu was the granite which was not the cabinetmaker's responsibility. Granite cannot be measured and cut until cabinets are in. The workers were in by 8:30 am (not too early) and gone by 3:00 so I had a life to myself. They cleaned up after every day. They used plastic to close off the room and stop dust from spreading.
