Selecting the cabinets went well. They had a good selection of options, were knowledgeable about finishes, etc. We asked the salesperson to include spice drawer inserts. and he did. Please note that he selected the inserts, we did not specify them. The cabinets were delivered on time. Our contractors complained that there was no documentation for installation, but they were able to figure things out. The spice drawer inserts were way too small, so I asked if they could be exchanged. I was told that they could not be. So the contractor pieced them together, but I'll probably take them out and buy new ones from Houzz or not. Call me crazy, but it seems to me that on an $18,000 cabinet order, it's not asking for too much to have spice drawer inserts that fit - or for the salesperson to warn me upfront that they will have to be pieced together and will still fit imperfectly.
