Grateful that someone steered me to Jeff at Crawford Materials for our glass block repair. We had tenants moving in and needed 3 windows repaired asap. Jeff made it so easy. Very professional, fair pricing and quick turn-around!

They were very responsive and the work looks great.  There was a couple of communications hiccups with he foreman but all and all were cleared up.
Concrete crew was fast and the work looks wonderful.

Crawford replaced approx 40" tall, 8" wide glass block wall that was aligning our staircase and had begun to break due to faulty materials and installation by our builder (est approx 2005).   Very happy with the quality and workmanship of the job - would highly recommend Crawford Material Company for similar work.

Communication was great; Jeff was very responsive, professional, and courteous.  Came out for an estimate when he said he would.  The price was right in line with another company's estimate.  The work was started and completed as scheduled.  Very good work, did a good job of cleanup afterwards.  I would use Crawford again, highly recommended.

My experience was okay. They replaced the block and the blocks broke about four months later. Their pricing is expensive. I just feel that the job was not done very well.

It was great.  They were prompt.  The first he came out he told me he couldn't replace some individual ones and told me the reason why so they were honest.  They gave me a fair price.  They were quick and they delivered a good product to me.

They were very professional, the job was installed in the time frame they suggested, and they cleaned up after the job. I am totally satisfied, they did a fine job. They gave me advantageous pricing to do additional windows, but after some thought I declined, but will absolutely use them again when I am ready to do the other windows.

I was surprised how quiet the workers were. Complete in 2 days. Workers kept my backyard very clean. Very happy with the service.

He was phenomenal. His guys are very polite and efficient. The window has been put to the test by the rainy weather and storms and has with held. I have used him in the past to put in another glass block window that worked out very well also. I had people that wouldn't do the job but he did and it worked out good.

He came to give an estimate and specified which kind of stone he thought would be best. He submitted his estimate by phone and by e-mail. He also suggested (cheaper) alternatives but I went with his initial suggestion. He had the bricks delivered a few days later and installed them himself later that day. He was prompt and polite and did excellent work. There were perhaps four days between my acceptance of his proposal and the completion of the job.

We'd gotten several bids for concrete and pavers the year before from other Angie's list contractors which we thought high. Crawford's bid came in at a price we could afford and the quality of the work was exceptional. Communication and service were excellent. We love our path! We recommend them without reservation!

Spoke with estimator to request quote.  He stopped by in few days when we were out and gave us a quote on the phone based on inspection of the window from the outside; we didn't have to be at home waiting for him.  We agreed to the job, so he ordered the pre-fab glass block panel.  
In about a week, his 2-man crew installed the new block window in about 1 hr.  They did beautiful job with the masonry work, very precise and clean.  The only complaint was that the crew arrived almost 2.5 hr. late, but didn't call ahead.

Jeff called soon after I emailed him over then called confirming estimate. The next day window was in! Fast, efficient and clean!

Call and spoke to Jeff. He came out and measured up the windows and called me letting me know the escape window got in quicker than he thought it would. Made the appointment for install. The installers arrived and did a super/neat/clean job. Very polite and friendly. I will use them again for more windows.

Finished product looks great.  Jeff returned our original call promptly and came to provide an estimate within days.  The workers were on time, professional and cleaned up with they finished.  They even moved the grill & table back onto the patio.  Jeff also returned while the work was in progress to check on it and make suggestions.  We are very happy with the results.

They were very prompt and he was out there when he said he was going to be. His estimate was very good. I just thought that he would do a good job and he did. I liked his punctuality and the good job that he did.

Came out and quoted first. Showed up exactly on time, finished on time and final price was exactly the same as quote. Very happy with job.

Regarding the windows: they showed up when they said they would, took out the old windows (one to be saved and one to be trashed) and did great work in a very short time. Great experience overall! Only complaint (small one) is that one of the guys stomped down a plant he thought was a weed on the side of the house when he was setting up his ladders. Didn't need to be stomped out and it wasn't a weed (though it did look like one in a way). So maybe make clear to them what's important in the area they'll be working in.
