Viewed options on C&B web site. Phoned 800 customer service with a few questions. Was referred to show room and consulted with sales clerk that evening. Found suitable item, got swatches and phoned back next morning to finalize sale. Delivery scheduled for close in, convenient date. Notified in advance of expected delivery window. Crew showed up at the appointed time and was very efficient and courteous. No fuss. No loose ends. Done!

ANGELA WAS HELPFUL. WE FELT SHE HAD OUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART. ALSO CRATE AND BARREL WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING FOR OUR DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS. HAVING TO DELIVER AT A SPECIFIC TIME AND DATE, ANGELA WAS WILLING TO COORDINATE THE TRANSACTION. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WILLING TO HELP US HOWEVER POSSIBLE.
