Furniture - Sales
I have not made a purchase yet. The furniture is of great quality, beautiful and comfortable but I did not see the piece in the size that I was looking for.

The shopping process was a breeze. When the couch was delivered, the delivery men had some trouble getting it up the stairs and in the process damaged one of the legs. I called Crate and Barrel and they sent me a new leg and also initially offered to replace the entire couch. I just wanted the leg. Very professional, thorough and great products. The couch is well-made and I feel that I made the right decision in choosing this store.

We were impressed with the whole process. Kevin, the sales person, was friendly and helpful, the order was ready before promised, the delivery was made on time and without incident and the quality of the furniture was excellent. We've bought furniture from a variety of locally operated stores and there's always been an issue with the quality or the delivery. We'll definitely use Crate and Barrel again.
