Crain Development

We have contracted Crain Development on several occasions for a number of different projects. They have completed deck projects, Kitchen and bath projects and are intending on starting a large addition with Crain Development in the spring. Josh is a pleasure to work with and provides guidance for all renovation and general home maintenance questions. The attention to detail was second to none. They really made us happy and took the pressure off of us by explaining the how and the why during the projects. He shows up when scheduled and answers his phone when it rings.

Bar none, the best the contractor out there. We've used them for many projects and plan on using them for many more. They give you options and have a guarantee. I wanted to retain original materials and they were very upfront about cost entailed. They're on time and clean up every day after they leave. They're even good with our dogs being around!

Finished in one weekend. Worked until rain at first, and all day last 2 days. Overall, it was obvious that they were checking their work, following steps to put everything together correctly and the final product looked very good aesthetically. Josh's management was reassuring. Pricing might not have been the cheapest, but was fair and a good value based on professionalism, fast schedule/work ethic, and quality result. Overall watching this project complete was a successful, very low stress, no conflict experience especially relative to other contractors I've hired so far. If available and priced competitively, I would want to contract with again for another project.
