My experience with them has been very good. The price was good and the quality was very good.

They don't have a wide selection but the selections they do have, they have the best price.

I ordered four tires from them online and they installed them. Everything was done properly, and they even put my old tires in individual plastic bags before they put them in my trunk.

|Be aware that they do not take reservations for installation. When I called, they estimated that it would take about an hour and a half (lots of other customers ahead of me). Their estimate was correct. I got great tires and great prices. It was worth the wait.

She tried to convince me to purchase frames that did not fit properly.

Seamless. We checked tire availability online, called ahead and made an appointment, and dropped the car off while we shopped at Costco inside. They finished in less than an hour and I assume the quality is acceptable. Total for tires, installation, and balancing was $666.95.

Staff was very friendly, the optometrist really seemed to know what he was doing. He was efficient and friendly. He answered all of my questions. He fitted me with some trial lenses which I tried out in the store. Those were not strong enough, so he fitted me with a stronger, satisfactory pair. He gave me a card and noted his name on it, told me when he'd be around. Very open, very professional. My only complaint about the space is that it was cramped. Oh, they had also run out of the particular trial contact lens prescription the optometrist wanted to try on me initially - but I was impressed with the array they have. (They don't have all brands, though.)
The eyewear part of the store was not particularly well set up. It, too, was cramped, and the frames didn't have a very good selection. The prices are on the frames, but there is not at least a generalized price list showing the types of lenses available and price ranges. I had to ask, and have the woman at the counter figure it out. She was good about writing down the prices when I asked, but, for instance, instead of writing down the exact level of "high-index" she just wrote "high-index." The counter is raised, which makes it seem inaccessible, if you know what I mean.
I haven't gone through this process much lately, so perhaps the pricing is played close-to-the-vest at all eyewear places - though I do know that I've seen other optical centers where you can actually sit down at a table, a mirror and a salesperson to go through the options.

I would recommend them to my friends and family. I had to make an appointment a week in advance.

Very well. It was very busy when we got there and we were delayed in getting in to see the doctor, however, he spent a lot of time with each of us, explaining each aspect of the exam, what he was seeing and providing various treatment options. Very personable and knowledgeable.

They were fine. There was nothing different that stood out about them. The glasses had some issue. I may not use them again because my insurance doesn’t cover them.

They are terrific. Their prices are excellent. They gave me the best glasses that I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely use their services in the future.

The experience was excellent. I actually lost my glasses and I was able to call them and they were able to refill the order for the glasses without me ever having to go in the store. They called when they were ready. The prices are much more reasonable than anywhere else. They were ready in about 10 days.
