Nick and company were prompt and started work immediately.  They were organized and well prepared. Covered areas inside and out for easy clean-up and dust/debris containment (old home with lead paint).  Initial discrepancy regarding insulation of  "old" window design was addressed immediately and insulation added, specifically to lead-weight window cavity!  Well equipped with supplies and bending equipment in truck.  Skilled laborers with few (or none) re-cuts/start-overs.  Covered all wooden areas for future care-free maintenance. Experienced finishing skills with exact corner and sill cuts: and clean/attractive caulking results (which I have found difficult to do).  Cleaned up inside and out with no noticeable debris.  Hauled away old windows and storms.  Final note: I inquired about cost to leave prepared wood-cover materials (bent/angled aluminum) for old intricate bathroom window we decided not to replace.  They did not hesitate to accommodate and quickly bend, applied and caulked bathroom window, for "no-charge."

Nick did an amazing job from start to finish. He showed up on time for the estimate and provided samples to view. He answered all my questions (which I ask a ton). Nick was available by phone to then answer the rest of my questions. Nick and his team showed up on time for the installation where his team worked fast but efficient. They cleaned up any garbage. We have received several compliments on how good our windows and door look. It is rare to find such quality work for a great price but Nick delivered on both.
