Approximately two weeks ago they promised to come to my house at 11 in the morning to do a heater service and repair my humidifier. At 11:30 I called them and asked why they hadn't come and the owner (who I had made the appointment with) had completely forgotten - I was told they couldn't come right away because they had an emergency job to do at 12:45 (a scheduled emergency sounds kikd of phony to me, but maybe). They promised to call when they were done with the emergency and come over then - I have never heard back from them.
