+ -1 moreContinental was one of two quotes I received and was actually the higher of the two, but I felt given the scope of the work that this was a better fit. Danny, the estimator, arrived on-time (he was actually early which worked out well) and thoroughly looked at all areas of the building including the roof. He provided me with an estimate in a timely matter and the crew arrived on time the first day of the job. They completed the work in the time Danny estimated they would and he was responsive to inquries I had during the project. They left the area neat and secure each day.
Description of Work: Tuckpointing of two-flat and additional repair of parapet wall and some brick-work in backyard.

+ -1 moreOverall the job went smoothly. There were no problems that couldn't be solved allmost immediately. There were no up-charges or additional fees.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced the total brick deteriioration around a raised patio - replacing all brick with new brick. The area was 3-ft. high and 50 ft long with a rounded area and steps. The estimate was 1/2 of other ones. The work was completed in 3 days, the area kept clean each night, and the workers courteous and polite. Looks great. Have signed another contract fotr another job.

They where considerate of our neighbors property as they where working very close to the property line and adjacent building. I highly recommend them to others and plan to use them again for additional work on our building.
Description of Work: Rebuilt parapet walls on various parts of building. Added new coping tiles to rebuilt sections. Tuckpointing on various parts of building.
