Complete Renovation & Home Care Services

If I could leave ZERO stars I would!!! I am beyond disappointed in this company, the quality of work and lack of professionalism to resolve this matter. I hired this company for a complete bathroom renovation and I was quoted a price of $7000 and I have paid $6500 and my bathroom is no where near complete. The paint work is sloppy, there?s dust everywhere, they did not Comfrt my $2000 bathtub, the tile work is sloppy and it?s dirt and grime all over some of the tile flooring that has been put down!!! This is just a horrendous job!!! Please take a look at some of the photos that I?ve posted. Whatever you do do NOT hire this company!!

I contracted renovations & construction though Angie List. I wanted my hallway and entrance way ceilings taken down and replaced with drywall. I also wanted the walls done and trim and baseboards replaced. I met with ken on oct 15 where he told me how much it would cost which honestly he was cheaper than the others. He also was going to replace the hallway closet and redo all of the trim. I signed a contract with him, gave him a 1500 deposit. He said that was for materials. He started working on Thursday. I noticed that ken was intoxicated and slewing his words. I asked him what happened to him and where is the rest of your crew. Because at this time it was just him trying to do the work. He said that they were elsewhere. Mind you I would not have signed with him had I known that it would be just him. When he came back on Friday he apologized for his actions and said it would not happen again. After finishing the demolition on the ceiling he started on the skim coating the walls. I asked him about the materials that he was supposed to get with the 1500 dollars he brought in old stained crumble up drywall into my house. I told him no you can t use that drywall on my ceilings .he came to work on Saturday and asked for 1000 dollars for the work that he has done so far . I gave it to him thinking that he would come back but he didn t. He didn t show up on Tuesday 10-21 or Wednesday 10-22. The total job cost 4500 so far he has gotten from me 2500 and the work is no where near completed . I have texted him several times and made numerous phone calls.

This has to be the cleanest most efficient crew I've ever dealt with. Very organized and considerate of one's home. Cleaned up after every job and not debris or tools left laying around. Highly recommend. We will be remodeling out bathroom soon with them as well

Bathroom was finished in a more than timely manner. I would gladly recommend this to anyone in need of something similar. The work itself was professional and well-done.
