Good service, functional, transparent

They showed on time and were very polite. They finished in less than 1 1/2 and because I was distracted, I couldn't get a chance to look around until they were gone. The bath tub and toilet were not clean, the floors were not cleaned and no furniture was moved. They had me sign their own review, but again, I had other services going on at the same time, so I couldn't give my full and attention.

The company was completely accommodating to my schedule and were friendly throughout the entire process. They came with their own supplies and got to work immediately. The only issue was that there was so much work to be done and the owner told me to make a list of priorities. It looked like they tried to tackle everything on the list and so nothing looked completely cleaned. They also cleaned areas that I asked them not to which took up some time (brand newly installed toilets...). Overall, the unit looked way better after they left.

THIEVES. STAY AWAY!!! Two ladies came to my home to clean. They brought their own cleaning supplies in a large backpack. I offered some of mine because of preference. A few days later when I looked in my closet I realized they had stolen lots of supplies. I buy bulk and somehow they managed to raid my closet and steal multiple boxes of swiffers, dusters, me clean magic eraser and even rags. They also were very pushy on getting an Angie's List review before they left my home, which I declined. Now I know why. That's how they get so many As. They steal from people but they get them to write a review before they realized they stole from them. NEVER AGAIN

The cleaning crew did a great job. The lead cleaner, Shay Heard, did the cleaning with a couple of assistants. I would definitely recommend them.

It went very well.

They were very bad, I had a lot of photos. They charged me, I was given their referral through an email. I actually had contacted them, and this is through Angie's list. Until when I contacted them, I actually didn't contact them through your service, though you did recommend them to me. So I contacted them directly. What they did was they charged me for a deep clean which I needed, because I had not had cleaning in months. They came in, they spent less than an hour and a half, there are two people. They didn't even do a regular clean, so it was not a deep clean. I came back and I saw all these dirt every where, so I took photos of everything. I can't go onto Angie's list because I'm really busy with work, so I haven't had the chance to do that, but I want people to know that. This isn't the only thing, I think the worst part was, when I try to call them and talk to them about it, they were not getting back to me, and then I left this review online because they were not getting back to me, and once they saw the review online, then they called me and they were really upset. I they said that's not right, we want to send somebody over and fix it, and I decided you know, why would I want that sending somebody to come over, I'm not going to go with you again. They said, we'll give you a refund, and can you please just take down your bad reviews. I said I can address the reviews, but thank you for the refund or what not, but I'll consider taking them down, so they gave me a refund not all of it, just partial refund, and I hadn't had a chance to go and revisit my review and mention that online, that they had given me a partial refund. So, they were harassing me at work, I was just so busy, and eventually I ended up talking to them, and they said you haven't changed your review online yet, well I said I've been busy, and they said well we gave you a partial refund so because you haven't changed your review online, we're going to have to charge you in full again, we're going to take the money back. So they did that, they took the money out of my account again all of it, and I was just to busy to follow up, I was shocked, they are not a professional company, they have a lot of very good reviews, but you know when you dig in to the other reviews, they also have some bad ones in there, and I'm thinking that they are black mailing people, and they are giving them things just for good reviews. It's a front, I just don't trust them, I would not trust them, and I would not have them on Angie's list at all.

They did a great job! We did a walk through first, I told them what I wanted, they showed me what was needed, and all work was done in a complete and concise manner no corner left uncleaned. Great Job!

They were very thorough and their prices are flat rate based on apartment size so it was very easy. I have two people that come and clean so I like that too.

Very convenient website for booking, with some explanation of services provided, though the explanation of what a Deep Cleaning entails is not entirely clear. Also appreciate all of the reminders, they sent emails and texts to confirm the appointment which gave me confidence in their reliability and professionalism. They had a system snafu on the day of my appointment and as a result were nearly 3 hours late; however, they called to warn of the issue and committed to resolving the issue ASAP - they were in great communication and did everything in their power to reach resolution. When the cleaners finally came, they did an outstanding job, which is the most important thing to know - they were polite, professional, extremely thorough, and checked in with me after every room they cleaned to make sure I was happy. We did have some confusion when they arrived about what is included in a Deep Cleaning, but we called up the owner who agreed to accommodate my requests given the tardiness that their system snafu caused. Overall, I would definitely use them again, as I think the system error was a one-time issue because they are in process of switching/moving systems, and because the cleaners did a terrific job.

They were pretty good. I think they did a decent job. I have no memory of any complaint. I think they were late but they called. I'll keep looking for a perfect provider but they were good. I won't use them again.

Companion maids has provided fantastic service. I started using them a few months ago and have used them multiple times since then. We use our basement for AirBnb and companion maids does a great job of servicing our apartment, whether heavy and cleaning or just light touch up, after each guest stay. Their workers are very professional and take pride in their cleaning. I also love the ease of setting up service with them. I will definitely continue to use them.
