They are good. They are prompt, and professional. All cable companies are a rip off. You are paying for so many channels you never watch. I do not understand how that is legal. You are forced to pay for channels that you never watch. Comcast has their set packages the only time they lower their plan is if you threaten to quit.

I have been loving them ever since. If there are problems, they will give us credit until it has been repaired. If they have to have a technican come out, they give you a 2-hour window for the technician to arrive. They give very good service.
