I own a small business that processes booking and payments via online software. Our internet is out of service at least 50% of the time. In the last month I've spent several hours on the phone with them, had someone come out to look at our equipment, and have been told repeatedly that there are "outages in your area" and that they will be fixed by a rotating list of various days and times. This is the worst money I've spent on my business and the biggest waste of time. There are no other options, so I am left to deal with this ridiculously unreliable service and just hope that it chooses to work.
If you have the option of choosing ANY OTHER provider, do yourself a favor. They are the worst.

They are pretty good. If you have a problem they often try to troubleshoot by phone or live internet chat. It often solves the problem and eliminates the need for a service technician to come out. Which is wonderful.
