 + 0 moreIt is a pretty pricey contract for what I pay per month. The quality is fine. We only had to deal with them once, and they were pretty responsive.
Description of Work: I use Comcast for cable and internet. I have 5 or 6 TVs.

Description of Work: Cancelled my subscription, may main complaint was to cancel the whole thing, I just wanted to down grade to another tier. I spoke to 5 different people and they all quoted me a different price. One call escalated to a manager in which I was told I was a lier. He told me I was just trying to get a new promotional rate. This service was appauling

Description of Work: They did not answer phone calls. They did not return calls. It is impossible to reach a human that can DO anything. We can no longer get service because of a problem THEY caused.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. He replaced the router and checked the modem.. He then installed a small box so that I can get more channels in a small TV in my kitchen...He was here almost one hour. I have 2 computers in my condo, because I have a care giver that lives with me. He checked both computers to see that they were functioning properly.
Description of Work: Repair and replace router and also new box for extra TV set
