They were able to cut the bathroom sink countertop and shower bench from some granite that we had. We created a wood template, and they cut them perfectly. The customer service is outstanding.

Danny and Jin were both wonderful to work with from start to finish. Danny was reliable, punctual and professional. He paid detailed attention to our needs and came to our house several times to take measurements and even made an extra couple trips to make sure our sink would fit and to add a backsplash at the last minute. I highly recommend CM stone works! They are amazing!

CM Stone Works, is fabulous, from beginning to end. Nicole and the team are personable, professional, and great listeners. They make this process delightful all the way, from selecting our stone to seeing it installed. Danny took perfect measurements. Alex came with the installers to ensure the job is done right. In addition, they are a family-owned business on Chicago's South Side. Their attention to detail is impressive. We fell in love with Quartz Chocolate Truffle because it gave new life to our white kitchen cabinets and tied in nicely with brown and stainless wall shelves. Also, the price was very affordable. The Bottom Line is that we love it, giving CM Stone Works our highest recommendation, five out of five stars.

CM Stone was not my first choice initially.  However, I ended up choosing them because they were more responsive and very helpful.  They were a little bit more money than the other company but it was so well worth it.  I signed the work order on a Saturday and they had the counter top installed on the following Monday afternoon.  Three men removed my old counter tops and installed the new granite in just over an hour.  They also installed support for the granite around the dishwasher.  They were very efficient and professional.  I am very satisfied with the granite and their performance.  I would highly recommend them.

I built a new house and shopped around for the Super White Quartzite and they were the most reasonably priced by far and when they received the slabs for my kitchen there was some spotting on the stone (because it's a natural stone) but I didn't like it and they ordered some new slabs until I was perfectly pleased with the slabs. The installation was very professionally done and my countertops look amazing. They mixed up the measurements for the bathrooms and cut the countertops wrong but they quickly corrected their mistake a few days later and were very apologetic and pleasant. Would go back to them and recommend to all of my friends and family.

They came in with 4 guys, drop the stone in and cleaned up. Was done with 20 mins and it looked great.

CM Stone Works was referred by a friend, then I checked the reviews of the company from Angie's List. I called the company to schedule assessment. The lady who answered the phone was fine and scheduled for the following Saturday per my request. A few days before the appointment, the company called me to re-schedule since the person was not available that day. On assessment day, Denny came and did the measurements. Denny was friendly and showed me some samples and recommended me to visit their store for more samples and slabs. Later I picked the the same ganite as my friend chose.
On installment day, a team of three workers came. They worked very carefully at the beginning, but after I told them that I still had the painting, they were more relax about removing the old countertops and tore some paint, which was my fault. However, Denny's measurements were too tight. The granite countertops were almost touching my oven set. I wish there was more space in between. Otherwise, the installment went smooth, and the work was well done.

We went into showroom and were promptly greeted. They asked what are needs were and showed us what they had available. We found exactly what we were looking for and were able to look at the raw slabs they had available. CM Stone Works took our information we set up a date for measurements and the counter top and under mount sink was installed. It was a seamless transaction. I would definitely recommend CM Stone Works.

I'm an Engineer and Project Manager in commercial construction contracting, so I've more than a-little experience in these type of things. So when I say CM Stone did a really great job, they really did. This was our second time using CM Stone. We were so happy with the job CM Stone did last time on our bathroom vanity top, that we decided we really didn’t need to bid out the work. We did get two other quick quotes from other contractors, as a check. (It's always prudent to shop out one's contractors and suppliers). We found CM Stone was right in there with their pricing and they honored the quote they gave us previously.

CM Stone, once again, had a very good selection of stone types/colors to choose from. Ray helped us select three slabs of Granite for our project and we put down a deposit to reserve them. We were off to a good start. However, this time things didn't go as perfectly as before, but still very good.

I felt that I should double check the measurements they took, before production/stone cutting, because I wanted to make sure that we had a good fit with our new appliances - stove and under counter dishwasher. I wanted to make sure that there would not be large gaps. So, after a few phone calls and Ray coming our personally to check their measurements, and some discussion, we got it worked out. Ray was good to also double check their measurements for the faucet we selected, because that faucet mfg had had some back-splash clearance problems, but that mfg of the faucet had since corrected that and we had the newer model , so there was no problem. Ray was right and very conscientious to check that, it speaks to his experience.

Install day came along and the three installers were on time and were very quick in installing, a-little too quick maybe. There was a-little mishap with some colorant spilled and an epoxy joint that was off color a-little, but they made it right. We were mostly disappointed to see that the two pieces the made up our and quot;L shaped counter didn’t match very well - one piece was faded. Ray was quick to come back and take a look and they replaced the faded piece pronto and made it all right. Apparently the there was a mix-up at the shop with the slabs they set aside for us.

Anyone can make a mistake, and mistakes will happen, but not everyone fixes their mistakes. We found that CM Stone stood by their workmanship and was professional and helpful throughout the entire process. We have no regrets and would use them again. We love our beautiful new kitchen countertops.

CM Stone had a very good selection of stone types/colors to choose from. In shopping out our numerous bids (over 1/2 dozen) we found several other installers that appeared as if they might have done an even better job, but we all know we get what we pay for. The others had thicker Stone tops but were more expensive. CM Stone did include installation of a sub-base/bracing between our existing refurbished oak vanity and the new granite top. We found CM Stone to be the best value around.

We found CM Stone to be the best value around. We found that CM Stone was exceptionally accommodating when we had to reschedule the install date on them two times. When we finally locked in the date, their installers were clean, courteous, professional and fast. They did a very good quick installation and even swept and vacuumed the floor after. Ray and Sonia were very helpful throughout the entire process. We were so happy with the work they did we had them quote our next project - Kitchen Counter tops.
