Excellent experience. Chris was quick to design, place order and coordinate the installation in just a few days. Installers were professional and paid attention to every detail.

Working with Chris at Closet Outfitters was a great experience. His price was very competitive and the quality is outstanding. We designed and priced our master closet at the Container Store during their annual Elfa sale, and the cost of Elfa, UNINSTALLED, was on-par with the cost of Closet Outfitters, installed (and much nicer quality). Later, Chris came back to outfit our non-master closets, and he was very prompt and affordable for this 2nd job, too. I recommend him without reservation. My only small complaint is the the edges of the shelves are very sharp, which can result in occasional minor injuries if we're not paying attention!

It went awesome! They were professional, on time, polite, and very well priced. The owner is a great guy, extremely responsive and professional - great guy to work with! I have recommended him to my landlord, who used him for a few different things. He is a super nice guy!

Chris and his team of contractors were professional and efficient. We had 9 total closets of varying size and it took two days for the install to be completed. Mike and Mike - the installers - were methodical, clean, and did excellent work as the closets look great and provide so much extra storage. The creative use of the vertical space in some of the closets really helped to maximize their use. Chris also took into account our two small children and designed closet spaces that will work now and through the years as they grow and their needs change. I would recommend them highly.

Great! I had a very short timeframe for Chris to measure, order and complete the work. He came out the next day to measure and offer finish choices, and had a beautiful, 3D design to me within 8 hours of his visit. Installation occurred within a week and his installers were really great. They were courteous and careful (taking off their shoes, laying down blankets for their tools, etc.). The design and finished product are great. I'm a part time interior designer and I know that most closet places essentially get their supplies from the same place. What sets a place apart is service -- I left three messages each with California Closets and Closet Works and never received a single call back from either company. Chris and crew did an absolutely perfect job. I highly recommend them.

Really customer friendly and good pricing. Useful input on how to organize. It was a real pleasant experience. Chris was cute and nice.
