ClimateGuard Windows & Doors

My house is over 100 years old with huge bay windows. Replacing them is quite tricky. ClimateGuard did a beautiful job. There was a little crack in one of the windows. They came back the next day and replaced the glass immediately.

The builder used ClimateGuard windows in our neighborhood 15 years ago. They were so bad the builder stopped using them half way through the neighborhood and switched. My neighbors and myself have all had problems with the quality and function of our windows. The problems are definitely window related, not installation. The seals break and the windows themselves literally fall apart. This is a neighborhood wide issue not just one home. Had a hard time locating the company for a while and gave up until a few days ago when I finally called to ask what could be done to which I was informed they are out of warranty. So much for standing behind your product.

I've used them multiple times. I'm a general contractor. They were good. I use them all the time.

I have no problems with the windows. I used them to replace 3 on the south side and the windows work well.

I think everything worked out fine.  It took a couple of workers I think; I think they were done in two days.

They worked out fine. I have been dealing with them for years. I have received different products from them like doors. Their price is pretty good. It was good work. They did it in a timely manner. We did have a couple of things with scheduling a couple of times, other than that it was pretty good. Like I said, I have been dealing with them for years and that was the first time there was a couple of mishaps.

The customer service was pretty good. The windows were very nice. They were customised and delivered for me. My experience with them went on well and I didn’t have any issues.
