On the positive side I will say they were very responsive to my calls and arrived within the time they stated. On the negative I would like to say that they have been out several times and I am still having problems with my A/C. They reinstalled my AC units after i had work done on the roof and I have had freon leaks every year since(about 3 yrs). They have refilled the freon several times (which I have paid a significant amount for) and they said they had fixed a leak, but again this summer I have no working AC and need to service it again. Im not entirely sure why I have had to pay for the freon as the AC is supposed to be under warranty and that is why I had to use Climate Masters. Maybe I just have bad luck with the AC system here, but I am moving on to another company. They also left some of the insulation on the AC pipes tore up and walked through my house without offering to take off their shoes.

The work they did was excellent.  They are good at returning calls and they were prompt in coming out immediately.  They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and they got it fixed.  I will use their services again in the future.

All three visits Marty gave a specific time when he or the technician would arrive and they arrived on time. They quoted accurate prices and stuck with them.  They  answered the phone and/or returned calls promptly.  They were very friendly and answered whatever questions I had.  I will definitely call again.  They have prompt service, but without large overhead  costs of the bigger companies.
