Handyman Service
Ray came and gave an estimate. I thought the work would cost several hundred dollars. He told me $190. He came promptly on the day we arranged. I had left him a tube of caulk for the tub. Apparently the caulk I chose was junk and he tried to make it work but ended up going out and buying better caulk to finish the job. He did not charge me for the caulk or the extra time, though I argued that it was my fault for choosing bad caulk. All of the other fixes were performed perfectly. Ray is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. He truly cares about doing a good job at a fair price. He is easy to communicate with. I will never use anyone else.
