I've been to all the top spas in Chicago and Claudia's always over delivers.  She is so educated in what she's doing and knows how to ensure results.  Claudia's Skin Care is not a spa but truly skin experts.   They do not just go through the motions like other spa facials.  She takes the time to analyzies your skin and make recommendation to ensure the results you are looking for.  Her products are also amazing!!  I've been going to Claudia's 11 years and recommend her to all my friends and family.

I First met Claudia when I was getting ready for my wedding.
Up until that time I had persistent pimples (at age 35) that I could never get rid of. Claudia figured out what it took and eradicated them in the space of just a few weeks. At that time I introduced Claudia to my new husband and for the last 30 years since that fateful first appointment we have been faithful clients of Claudia.

Claudia is rare in that she understands the biology of dermatology and the chemistry of cosmetics plus the therapeutic techniques. She is a state-of-the-art technician with technology including Laser and other devices. She is a internationally experienced professional who keeps up on all the important news in her field. I would not entrust my skin to anyone else.
Today I am retired and travel the world however I only go to Claudia for my skin needs and have her send me products when I am afar.
You would be lucky to have Claudia as your advocate and mentor with skin that belies your age. When people meet my husband or me, they are shocked to discover that We are 65. My husband often says how lucky he is to have discovered the importance of skin care so many years ago at a time when other men simply ignored this option

I was greeted with Sandy's smiling face.  She proceeded to analyze my face and determine what services I was in needed for the facial. The room is cozy, warm and clean.  We catch up since the last time we were together.  Sandy suggests what I should do to continue my facial regime and what creams would help from aging and sagging.  I love these ladies I always come back after I go to others.  They are the BEST.

Claudia should be your regular visit every month if you want to stay young.

I have been a client of Claudia Skin Care since the mid-1980s.  Her skill, choice of tools, products and services have met with my highest satisfaction.  I attribute this to her intial training in Europe, on-going professional education, and new industry emphasis on botanical products.  My skin is refreshed and soft.  Extractions can be done when necessary, and as permitted, to keep pores clean and free from bacteria. 

I also especially appreciate how expertly Sandy does microderm abrasion.  She sets the tool to the perfect adjustment for the individual by checking to see that it is correctly applied with just the right amount of pressure that is effective but not harsh.  Although I am almost 70, I am told that I could pass for being in my early 50s.  My skin is in great condition. 

The location of Claudia's is excellent in Water Tower Place, but, her space for servicing clients is small.  However, more importantly, it is adequate to get a the job done expertly and thoroughly.  Enjoy yourself!

I needed a good facial and facial laser hair removal. I only trust Sandy and Claudia for these services. I have sensitive skin and Sandy always listens to your concerns and applies the appropriate mask for your individual need. The products they use are exceptional. Sandy applied an eye serum which made my skin fantastic. When I leave there my skin is glowing and I feel so much younger. I would recommend them to anyone. While I no longer work in the area, it's worth the trip back downtown, just to experience their services. Sandy is both personable and professional.

As usual Claudia was professional, caring, and detailed oriented.  She was concerned about my pain level due to my sensitive skin and applied additional topic anesthetic as needed.  She suggested waiting 8 weeks to apply a second application to avoid bruising on my eyes.  My permanent eye liner looks terrific and will look very natural when the swelling reduces over the next 2 days.  We also made an appointment for aromatherapy facial - number 2 of 6 facial package that she offers for a fantastic price.  It's the best deal in town and an excellent value.  I won't go to anyone else for my facials or permanent eye liner makeup needs.  I trust Claudia's expertise of over 30 years and she's also a wonderful lady.

I'm posting a long overdue review for Claudia Katra who is a very talented permanent cosmetic artist.

I have been going to Claudia for over 5 yrs now, as I used to Live In Chicago and still have family, I visit often and when I do I go to Claudia to refresh my permanent makeup.  She is very thoughtful and caring and incredibly talented at her craft. I used to go to another women in Chicago but she was becoming very unreliable. I happened to find Claudia thru a friend when I was looking for someone who was not only more reliable but also closer to my home. I really lucked out finding her. She really takes her time and listens to the customer and most importantly her concern about the comfort of her customers.  I won't trust anyone else to do the brows and my lips because  she knows how to make the brows look  natural and the line on the lips look simply great.  She has plenty of clients to and she knows instinctively how to adjust for a natural look according to the client. She is truly the best in her field, all the years of experience certainly pay off.
