It went great. The repair manager said he would give me a price to fix my compressor. The engine ran but it did not compress the air. That was Saturday. On Monday he called. They fixed it for $15, an unbelievably low price. He had to change out a hose from the tank to the hose. he said it took three tries to get a hose strong enough to withstand 60 psi. He even remembered my name when I came in! I was impressed. I will use their services again.

Every time I go to Clark Devon I deal with expert, amiable salespeople. It is the best hardware store I have ever been to. They always have what I need. I am thankful places like this still exist.

They repaired my hedge trimmer, they were professional and reasonably priced.

I think they are just terrific. It is a great hardware store and they are very knowledgeable. They have all kinds of stuff and are very helpful. Their prices are reasonable and it is a great resource, and I use them all the time.

They have some workers that are top-notch and have great knowledge about all the hardware equipment. They are very helpful. They are like the third generation hardware store. They are professional, responsive and punctual.

I have been going to this Hardware store for a very long time. They are larger than your normal mom and pop hardware store, but the staff is extremely knowledgeable, and can help you find what ever you need.

They are outstanding. They treat women wonderfully. They have showed me how to put up bathroom tiles. If you tell them you want to buy something that you are not familiar with, they will explain it to you and teach you how to use it. They are fabulous. They are top of the line. I have never had a bad experience.

Nicely done and on time. They called to let me know the screens were done. When I hadn't picked up the screens, they called to remind me. My only minor complaint is that they left some masking tape on the frames which I had to peel and scrape off. But otherwise the work was well done. No complaints; will use them again.

The people in their rental area are very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions and made sure that the equipment that I rented was operational before I left the store.

A GOOD BLEND OF NEIGHBORHOOD FRIENDLINESS AND EXTENSIVE MERCHANDISE AND EQUIPMENT SELECTION. (AND A FINE ALTERNATIVE TO THE SUPERSTORES CHOKING THE MARKET.) WHEN REPAIR WORKERS VISIT MY 6-FLAT, THEY SAY CLARK DEVON IS WHERE THEY GO FOR SUPPLIES. EMPLOYEES ARE TREASURES OF VALUABLE ADVICE. IN ONE CASE, A GUY IN THE PLUMBING DEPARTMENT SAVED ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WHEN HE SUGGESTED REPAIRING A CRACKED 80-YEAR-OLD TOILET TANK WITH AQUARIUM GLUE. THERE ARE TOO FEW BUSINESSES LIKE CLARK DEVON LEFT.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE STAFF KNOWS HOW TO SUGGEST WAYS TO GET THROUGH DIFFICULT PROBLEMS AND THEY ALL KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY HAVE AND WHO CAN HELP YOU FIGURE IT OUT. THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS THE CHEAPEST (VS. HOME DEPOT AND LOWE'S), BUT THEY HAVE GREAT SERVICE.

CLARK-DEVON ALWAYS HAS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR AND HAS A VERY HELPFUL STAFF. THE STAFF HAS HELPED ME PLAN PROJECTS, FIND THE APPROPRIATE TOOLS AND MATERIALS AND TALKED THROUGH PROBLEMS I MIGHT HAVE.

THEIR STAFF IS HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE - A LOT OF THE STAFF HAVE BEEN THERE FOR MANY YEARS AND ARE PROFESSIONALS. THEY CARRY A WIDE VARIETY IN ALL DEPARTMENTS, OFFER AN EQUIPMENT RENTAL SERVICE AND ARE ALL-AROUND A GREAT LOCAL PLACE TO GO. I FEEL GOOD SUPPORTING THIS LOCAL BUSINESS OVER THE BIG CHAINS.
