Citywide Window Cleaning

Great service - scheduling was easy with owner (Ruben) over text, phone and email.  He is very responsive.  After scheduling an appointment a few weeks out, he called me to inform me of a cancellation and was able to move us up.
Ruben sent one man to do the entire job - and it was not easy as he had to repel down from the roof and climb back up all those stairs each time he went back down a window line.  The job took approx two-three hours to complete.  All in all he did a good job, though there were a few small spots that were missed.

Fantastic!  This is a family-owned business and they take their work very seriously.  The crew (the majority of whom were brothers) were friendly and did a phenomenal job.  They were in and out in about an hour -- and I have A LOT of windows.  I was amazed at how thorough and fast a job they did.  Will DEFINITELY be using them again.

The window on the 3rd floor looks like it was not washed. I explained it over the phone and they came back. Now I was not here and they asked my wife which window it was WHEN I HAD ALREADY TOLD THEM AND THEY ACKNOWLEDGED KNOWING WHICH ONE IT WAS. So they left without re-doing it. So, for $100 a window (high picture window) I would say I feel ripped off.

Fantastic service and a they did an awesome job! I know this is a small job but since we are in a 3rd floor condo unit we wanted a company that could clean our windows without coming in our unit. The guys showed up on time and had ladders to reach our windows. They even removed the screens and cleaned them as well because they said they were dirty. That wasn't in the quote so I feel like they went above and beyond for us. We would definitely hire them again and highly recommend.

They did a very good job. They were thorough, trustworthy and professional. They were punctual and finished the work in timely manner.

THEY COME IN WITH ROPES, RAPPEL DOWN THE SIDE AND MOVE VERY QUICKLY. THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK, AND WHEN SOME OF THE WINDOWS WERE COVERED WITH SEALANT LEFT BY THE BUILDER, THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL TO CLEAN OFF THE SEALANT A SECOND TIME AND GET THE WINDOWS CLEAN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

EXCELLENT WORK, VERY QUICK. TEAM OF 3-4 PEOPLE CAME THROUGH AND DID VERY NICE WORK. A FEW MINOR TOUCH-UPS REMAIN, WHICH WE WILL SCHEDULE AFTER IT DRIES. RUBEN ALSO VOLUNTEERED TO DO LIGHT CARPENTRY AND OTHER WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.
