EXCELLENT FROM DROPOFF TO PICKUP WILL USE COMPANY AGAIN

The first time the drop off was very late despite numerous calls to them when they said it would be there shortly. The second time the dumpster sat for 3 days when they were supposed to pick it up. The third time they cracked a sewer cover on my neighbor's property and were entirely unresponsive about it. Dispatcher basically acted like his company has no responsibility for damage they cause. This company also does business under another name, so it's hard to find competitors. I would not do business with them again. I am however exceedingly happy with Circle M dumpsters out of Northbrook.

I did not use this service due to inability to get same day dumpster delivery.

Overall, I had a great experience with Citywide. The only drawback was the promptness of service. They had promised my dumpster would be delivered by 11 AM. By noon, I had no dumpster, so I called and they told me it would be there by 1 PM. At 1 PM, I still had no dumpster, so I placed another call. I told them I had an entire crew there ready to load the dumpster and I needed one ASAP. They said it would be closer to 3 PM and I let them know that was unsatisfactory based on the 11 AM promised time. They put me on hold for about 30 seconds and came back to tell me I'd have my dumpster by 1:30 PM. At 1:30 I got my dumpster and got it all loaded up. I paid cash on delivery and got a receipt. The only thing I can say about their service is that if you absolutely need your dumpster by a certain time, you probably have to keep on them to ensure your delivery. They are a very busy company based on their fair rates! I will definitely hire them again.

This was a great experience. We are undertaking major renovations in our home, and are doing our own demolition. These guys delivered the dumpster on time, and picked it up exactly when we requested. It has been the smoothest part of the renovation process! We will definitely use them again.

GOOD AT DELIVERING DUMPSTER & CHANGING OUT USUALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CALL. DURING SLOWER TIMES, RECEIVED THE DUMPSTER WITHIN HOURS OF CALL. SERVICE WAS GOOD & THE OFFICE WAS EASY TO REACH. THEY ARE A BIT FUNNY ABOUT USING CREDIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT. I IMAGINE IT IS DUE TO SOME OF THE FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR THEY MOST LIKELY EXPERIENCED. THEIR PRICING WAS MOST COMPETITIVE, & THEY DID NOT NICKEL & DIME ME WITH SMALL CHARGES. THEY ARE ALL OVER THE CITY, SO THEY MANAGE THEIR ACCOUNTS TIGHTLY. THEY ALSO DO A GOOD JOB OF MANAGING WHAT IS PUT INTO THE DUMPSTERS SO THAT THEY CAN KEEP THEIR PRICES COMPETITIVE. THEY WERE GOOD TO WORK WITH EVEN IF AT TIMES I FELT IT WAS LIKE MOVING A MOUNTAIN TO ESTABLISH TRUST. AGAIN, I THINK THEY MUST BE ON THE RECEIVING END OF A LOT OF DECEIT. I HAD NO PROBLEMS & THEY MADE PAYING EASY VIA THEIR SALESMAN, NORM, PICKING UP A CHECK WHEN THEY WOULD NOT TAKE A CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE. THEY DID NOT EVER DENY SERVICE WHEN ARRANGING FOR PAYMENTS.
