CITY WIDE CLEANING SERVICE INC

I called City Wide to get information about getting cleaning services for my 2 bedroom condo. They were in my neighborhood. Their website looks good. I was excited to learn more! The woman running the phones said she would call back, but never did. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and called back to follow up the following week. During that call, I received some of the rudest treatment I have ever received as an inquiring customer. The customer service representative was curt, confrontational, and just plain nasty. Before I could get out my question about their services, she cut me off mid-sentence, barked questions at me, and used an all around confrontational, irritated, and ugly tone. I was floored to be treated in such a manner! Who does that? Based on this horrible experience, I would never give them my business. I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere. Companies who treat potential customers so badly do not deserve to have your business.
