When I first called in July, the office person informed that if I waited a couple months until September I could get a 10% discount on all work done, plus their pick up and delivery price would be less and there would be a 48 hrs turnaround time. So I called back in October. They came out and took down multiple door and window screens from four different floors at my townhouse. They were returned and installed several days later. They did an excellent job rescreening everything. Plus they used a silicon spray on my doors tracks to make the doors slide easier. I will definitely call them when I need more rescreening done.

THE WORK WAS FINALLY PERFORMED IN DECEMBER 2004 AFTER AN ESTIMATE IN SEPTEMBER 2004. THE CREW FROM WINDOW WIZARD DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER SAW TO CUT THE ALUMINUM POSTS AND FRAMES. WORK WAS SLOPPY. THEY RUINED ONE ALUMINUM COLUMN BASE WHICH THEY PROMISED TO REPLACE BUT NEVER HAVE. ED FROM CITY SCREENS CALLED ONCE WHEN HE WAS HAVING TROUBLE GETTING PAID BY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR, TOLD HIM I WOULD INTERCEDE ON HIS BEHALF BUT I WANTED THE NEW COLUMN BASE. HE GOT HIS MONEY BUT I NEVER GOT THE COLUMN BASE. ALL MY PHONE CALLS HAVE BEEN IGNORED. I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS CITY SCREENS OR WINDOW WIZARD AGAIN.

CITY SCREEN WAS VERY FAST TO RETURN MY CALLS. THEY CAME OUT ON TIME AND FINISHED IN RECORD TIME. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE JOB HE DID. THE SCREENS ARE VERY TIGHT, AND HE USED HEAVY DUTY MESH. THEY WILL LAST A LONG TIME.

THE WORK PERFORMED BY THE COMPANY WAS OK. WE ORDERED THE STORM WINDOWS IN EARLY DECEMBER, BUT THEY WERE DELIVERED IN LATE MARCH. IN THE PROCESS THE COMPANY LOST ONE OF OUR SCREENS, WHICH WAS FINALLY DELIVERED IN MID JUNE. THIS WAS FOR A JOB THAT WAS PROMISED TO BE 3-4 WEEKS.
