They are accessible. They have placed ATM's at all 7-11's, the most popular convenience stores. I am not dependent upon the branch. Anytime the day or night, I have 7-11's available. I also have my mortgage through them. They are more convenient. I also love the online banking. They were the first to start online banking. In my opinion, it the most user friendly online banking experience. I will tell Angie's List members, "you can all bank at Citi." I have no fees. I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: We bank through Citi Bank. We bank through them on a daily basis. They do not charge us a banking fee.

I explained my situation to the teller and she called a main office to ask that my funds be released so they could be used to pay my Citibank mortgage. The teller was on the phone for a while, but did not give up. She stuck with it until the funds were transferred and I was able to pay my mortgage on time. I would have been late with my mortgage payment if she hadn't helped me.
Description of Work: I had made a mistake and deposited my paycheck into a teller machine and put it into my Citibank savings instead of my Citibank checking account where my funds would be available to pay my mortgage which was due in two days.
