THIS COMPANY SAVED OUR MOVING DAY! THEY ARE HEROES TO US. AFTER BEING TOLD BY ANOTHER COMPANY ON OUR MOVING DAY THAT THE TRUCK WE HAD RESERVED WAS NOT AVAILABLE--AND NEITHER WERE ANY OTHER TRUCKS--WE WERE LEFT FRANTIC. I WAS CONVINCED WE WOULD NEVER FIND A TRUCK THE MORNING OF THE MOVE DURING PRIME MOVING SEASON. A FRIEND WHO LIVES NEAR THIS COMPANY SUGGESTED THEM, AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THEY QUOTED US ONLY A COUPLE OF HOURS WAIT FOR A TRUCK TO BECOME AVAILABLE, AND WE GOT ONE EVEN SOONER THAN THAT. THEY WERE SYMPATHETIC TO OUR SITUATION AND TOLD US IT WAS NOT UNCOMMON! THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE--PERHAPS A BIT MORE THAN THE FIRST COMPANY WOULD HAVE BEEN, BUT CONSIDERING OUR ORIGINAL TRUCK COMPANY LEFT US HIGH AND DRY--CHICAGOLAND TRUCKS WAS PRICELESS TO US. THEY SAVED OUR MOVING DAY AND I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL TO THEM! NICE GUYS.
