Excellent! Oscar was friendly and professional. I had called in the morning and they were able to send someone out within a couple of hours. Repairs went smoothly. Great service!

They were able to send a plumber the morning after I called. Oscar arrived when expected and was very nice and professional. After I related the issues I needed addressed, he explained what he was going to do. When he was done, he demonstrated that everything was working well. I haven't had any problems since. Oscar wore booties over his shoes to protect my floors and he left my bathroom neat and clean. The price was very reasonable.

Problem came back

This is the second time I have used Chicagoland Plumbing and they were just as magnificent this time as last. I called and left a voicemail Mr Flores called me back in less than 3 minutes. We set up a day to fix a slow draining shower. The technician called to let me know where he was and when he would get to me. He arrived on time, ready and prepared to do the job. Then since talking to Mr. Flores I had another problem that the technician took care of for me. I can't add enough superlatives to this review. The company number is in my speed dial I will not go to another plumber for anything. Thank you Mr. Flores an Chicagoland plumbing!

I spoke to Edwin who was very cordial. He told me he would send someone to my house by noon. Diego arrived before noon and promptly began to work on the trouble. Diego was very professional.

It went SO well. First, a real person answered the phone when I called and was very courteous and professional. Second, Oscar rang my doorbell within an hour of my call. He was able to clear the pipe of rust and debris and now I have a fully functioning shower. Oscar was also very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Chicagoland Quality Plumbing will be my first call for any future plumbing problems.

Everything went very well. Edwin kept me informed of the timing and the steps. He even texted a picture of the repairman that would come to my residence. Oscar was ontime (actually 13 minutes early). He was extremely professional and explained what he would need to do each step of the repair. There was a mix-up on the replacement part. But he sourced the correct part and completed the repair in a timely manner.

Very well. Diego came on time, after receiving a call from the company stating he was on his way and even sent his name and a photo of him so I would know what he looks like. Diego quickly got to work diagnosing the problem, checking toilet and downstairs pipes and told me what he thought the problems were. He flushed the lines and replaced a water supply line and a part inside the toilet. I had thought the problem was a possible hole in the vent, but he, Diego, was correct and solved the problem. No more mysterious loud noise, no leaks, toilet working great. Clean and efficient. Will surely use Chiagoland Quality Plumbing, Inc. again. Also thanks to Angie's List for the recommendation!

great Did an excellent job. Peoples Gas returned and noted no longer any leaks, liked job, turned my gas back on. Now I can take a warm shower. :>)

I got on to Angies list, to look for a plumber, the first recommendation could not come for three days. I called the second recommendation and they were here in 4 hours. He unclogged the bathtub, found the sorce of the problem. Gave me good recommendation to prevent further problems. He cleaned up everything, and charged a real fair price. Would definitely hire them again.

Extremely well. Oscar came out within four hours of our call to Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. He was very professional and calculated on how he approached the situation. He took great pains to keep the area as clean as possible under the circumstances.

They were very prompt and accommodating to my schedule. Their quote was fair and reasonable.  They did an excellent job from beginning to end . I will surely use them again for the future.

Oscar did an amazing job assessing the problem and explaining how we would fix the leak in my toilet. He was very thorough and my toilet works better than before. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Oscar, was the service technician who provided an efficient overview of the problem and how he intended to rectify the issue. Great, he solved the problem without needing a new faucet and explained every step along the way. I felt more informed about my plumbing after he left. 

I called Edwin on Thursday afternoon to request an appointment. He returned my call promptly and provided me with an appointment time the next day. Edwin kept me informed of the status of his technician and at what time I should expect him.Oscar showed up on time and took care of the clog.

I found this company to have great customer service and would recommend their services.
