I looked for the right company for this job for a few years because the skylites were big (4x5) and I didn't want any mistakes. Windy City Skylites turned out to be reliable, punctual, well prepared, and did outstanding work. I used a 5% discount which was offered by Windy City. Don arrived on time, checked my three skylights and recommended the two that were leaking be replaced. He explained the process, took pictures, and emailed a written quote later that day. His quote was the best of three quotes I got. I scheduled the installation. His crew arrived on time, put down tarps in the house, and knew exactly what to do because they had reviewed the pictures. The crew was courteous and careful. They checked with me throughout the process to be sure I was satisfied. When completed, I received a written warranty for parts and labor. All in all, it could not have gone better.
