This fall, we contacted Chicago Roofing Plus to complete a roof/masonry/flashing job for us, due to a leak in our guestroom stemming from the roof/chimney. Ronnie completed the job, under leadership of Sunny Ross, and we paid $2,000. We were provided with a "leak free guarantee" warranty and were told they were on call 24/7. Now that we have a leak in our guestroom from the same issue, we have contacted them via email, Instagram, and phone, but nobody will respond. When we did say we were contacting BBB, they said "let's discuss" in an email, but again nobody will answer the phone or call us back. We had several other roof/masonry companies come and assess the problem, and we have gotten new quotes ranging from $1,500 to $3,500 with the directive to take down the chimney and patch up the space where the chimney is currently located. We believe we were scammed by Chicago Roofing Plus and do not believe they are a reputable company. They have multiple Yelp pages, websites, and company names. Unfortunately, we did not discover this until this issue arose.
