This service was recommended by my veterinarian.  I called and arranged the trip.  John, one of the owners, arrived on time, drove us to the vet, and loaded and unloaded the carrier.  When the appointment was over, he came and took us back to the house.  John is very kind and pleasant.  I have already recommended this service.

It went perfectly as it always has. The pickup was on time and there was very little wait for the taxi to return to the vet hospital for the return trip. Very friendly driver.
